"Plénitude" Nature Cottage in Bosc for 1 to 8 people

Settled since June 2023, we literally fell in love with this place, a beautiful and magical place. The gite is located in the municipality of Vanosc, in the green Ardèche, at an altitude of 900 m on the south side. We enjoy a panorama and an exceptional environment in the middle of the forest and meadows and views of the Alps and the Rhone Valley. A place that exudes calm and beauty. The space The cottage is located in the middle of the mountains at an altitude of 900 m on the south side of the valley, on the sunny heights, with exceptional views from the terrace. Rest, calm, relaxation guaranteed in a green and forest setting. Enjoy sunrises, starry skies, quiet and peaceful nights to find yourself. On site hiking trail, walking, mountain biking trails, to the south is the Monts d'Ardèche Regional Natural Park and to the north the Pilat Regional Natural Park. You can also enjoy the many activities that are within a radius of 15 to 20 km (brochures available for visits and activities). Our accommodation is warm, comfortable, carefully decorated and equipped for your comfort during your stay. Its location: We live in the hamlet of Bosc located 8 km from the center of the village. It is composed of 5 houses including ours which is on the highest part, it is located at the end of a small path that ends in a forest path. We have a plot of land of just under one hectare (terraced). The accommodation: The cottage is attached to our house. Not directly overlooked. The accommodation has an area of 100 m2. Typical stone house with magnificent views of the valley from the terrace, living room and bedrooms. It consists of a ground floor, with a separate entrance, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher) with a large table and a wood stove in a large local stone fireplace. Very pleasant in summer for its freshness and the cozy side in winter with the wood-burning fireplace. Next to it, a bedroom (2 beds of 90 x 190 cm that can be joined to form a king size bed of 180 x 190 cm). On the first floor, you'll find the very bright living room. Next to a large bedroom (2 electric beds of 90 x 200 cm that can be brought together to form a king size bed of 180 x 200 cm) On the second floor, two large bedrooms. One with a 160 X 200 bed and the other with a 140 X 190 bed. On the same floor is the bathroom with shower, sink, washing machine and toilet. Sheets are provided and beds are made upon arrival. It is possible to rent the cottage from one person (up to 8). In this case, access to the rooms will be according to the number of people present. For example, you book for 1 person => access to 1 room, you book for 2 people => access 1 or 2 rooms... The other rooms will not be accessible during your stay. Towels are also provided. The cottage is very well equipped in "kitchen and bathroom". Warning: the stairs for access to the different levels of the house do not have guardrails. Outside: A covered terrace on stilts facing south with: - a large wooden table to enjoy the panorama during your meals - a rattan corner lounge to relax or share a friendly moment with your family or friends. Please note: there are 3 small pools of water on the grounds, without protection, where it is not possible to swim. A little about us: We are pleased to host you in our home. We have a Border Collie dog "Cali" and 2 cats "Samson and Rita". 2 other cats shared this place before our arrival. Dogs are allowed if they are well-behaved and get along with other dogs/cats. We have a dog named Cali (border collie mix) and 4 cats. All this little world comes and goes in total freedom in the grounds. Namely, the land is not fenced (but no road nearby). - Bring your companion's basket - Don't let them get on the bed and sofa - Do not leave them alone at the cottage (when you go for a walk for example) - Bring a cloth to wipe their paws when they come inside (especially in bad weather) - Pick up after your dog Thank you
