Welcome to Denis and Jenni's home! This 40 m² apartment is located in the heart of the beautiful Vieux Moulin estate, a stone's throw from the reception of the Domaine des Grottes de Han. Come and stay in a newly renovated accommodation, enjoy a quiet and soothing setting, and relax in the outdoor pool. The space Our apartment has a bedroom with a real bed for 2 people, a sofa bed in the living room and a foldable baby bed. ⚠️ Bed linen not provided (except for the baby bed) A living room area with a Smart TV with a Netflix account "apartment 32", Wi-Fi in all the apartment (QR code on the living room table) The equipped kitchen has a dishwasher and a large fridge/freezer and a microwave combi oven. There is a toaster, kettle, Senseo (coffee, tea and sugar offered) ☕️😁 In the TV furniture there are some games for children, something to draw, color, some books in French and Dutch ☺️ A terrace with table, chairs and garden furniture. The accommodation is non-smoking (ashtray on the terrace) ⚠️ The pool is only open in July and August. Guest access Access to the accommodation will be via a lockbox which is next to the front door. The code will be provided on the day of arrival as soon as the accommodation is ready (check-in from 3 p.m.) Other things to note Important Information about Service Fees For the sake of transparency, we would like to detail the service fees included in your reservation: Cleaning (€20): This amount covers a professional cleaning (1 hour) of the apartment Linen (€15): This fee ensures the supply and laundering of all bedding and bath towels. This €35 fixed fee (€20 + €15) guarantees the cleanliness of the space and fresh linen on each arrival.
