This is shared house and share bathroom with other guests. We are conveniently located near Beechboro shopping center, Asian grocery, Coles, woolworths, KFC, hungry jacks just 5 minutes away by walk. 10-20 minutes drive to Perth International and Domestic Airport Terminal 20-40 min drive to city of Perth by car. 10 Min walk to Noranda station connecting direct train to Perth CBD. Change at Bayswater station for Perth Airport 2 min walk to the Bus Stop. The space You will share the house with me and my partner or maybe another guest. Guest access Spacious Living Area: Enjoy our cozy living room with ample seating, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Comfortable Bedroom: The Queen bed is furnished with quality queen mattress, pillows, bed linen. Room is equipped with reverse cycle split system air con, wardrobe with hangers, extension power board, desk, chair & floor fan. Windows with safety shutter provides main street view and fresh air. Shared Kitchen: Guest is NOT allowed any kind of cooking. However, guest are permitted to use kettle, microwave, airfryer etc to heat up their food. As a courtesy, and also, to avoid any pest infestation, please DO NOT eat inside room. Use dining table in living area for breakfast, lunch dinner etc. Shared Bathroom/Toilets: Guests bring their own shampoo primarily to ensure they have products suitable for their specific hair type or skin sensitivities. Alternate, Coles is 5 min walk to buy toiletries. Please keep the bathroom/toilet clean, neat and tidy after every use. Drinking Water: In Australia, tap water is safe to drink. However, for guest convenience we have in-line filtration system installed in Kitchen to enjoy filtered water. Shared Laundry: For the convenience of other guest please refrain from using laundry at late hours. We can supply the laundry powder however guests may wish to bring their own laundry detergent to ensure they have a preferred brand, manage sensitive skin allergies etc. Parking: Street parking is free. Parking mmay be available on premise. Guest is liable to "Park At Your Own Risk". You are fully responsible for your own vehicle safety and any damage caused by your vehicle. So please ensure your vehicle has appropriate comprehensive insurance. Other things to note No outside visitors allowed at any time.
