Small but efficient with everything you need for a home away; from digital locks to security lights/camera to fully equipped kitchen. 40" HDTV with Netflix, Amazon and many more entertainment options. Private entrance well lit front yard, private on-suite bathroom with rain shower. The small kitchen has enough dining space for two, with microwave oven, induction cooktop and refrigerator. Included are all kitchen amenities you might need for light cooking and counter seating for two. Amenities includes water, coffee/coffee maker, tea, shampoo/conditioner (TRESsemme), body wash (Dove) and lotion, hair dryer, iron/ironing board. There's a remote for reading light on the left side of the door. ****PLEASE NOTE**** Our space is will be fully sanitized prior to your check-in. We will also have hand sanitizer available. Beware of Street Cleaning Monday/Tuesday no parking between 8am-10am. Park on the house side of the street Sunday night and the opposite side Monday night.
