Located in the countryside, just 3.5 km from the village of Secondigny, this charming house welcomes you for a peaceful and authentic stay. The space On the ground floor, you will enter through an entrance area equipped with several storage spaces. A hallway serves a 15 m2 bedroom (double bed 160/200 cm), toilet and shower room. You will find a cozy living room with its pellet stove, fully equipped with all the necessary equipment, as well as a seating area with TV. Upstairs, on the mezzanine, a second bedroom of 18 m2 equipped with a double bed (140/190 cm) and a bunk bed (90/190 cm) that can accommodate 2 other people. Enclosed plot with large garden. The arrival kit is provided: a roll of toilet paper, hand towel, dish towel, dishwashing liquid, sponge, 2 dishwasher tablets, multi-surface cleaner and laundry detergent. Salt and pepper. All shops are 5 minutes away by car (Super U, pharmacy, bakery, delicatessen...) Nearby: Pescalis (fishing center), Natur'zoo de Mervent (30 mins), Marais Poitevin (50 mins), Puy du Fou (1h), Futuroscope (1h10) and La Rochelle (1h30).
