🏠 In the heart of the Medoc, between vineyards and ocean, our cottage welcomes you in a peaceful hamlet on the beach route. Local 🏖️atmosphere assured! 🎉Markets, guinguettes, village parties, local producers, walking or cycling… experience a typical Medocan summer! Julia's 🙏 Gite awaits you with a smile! The space The house is 80 m² with one floor. On the ground floor you will find a large room with living room, dining room, equipped kitchen and toilet. Upstairs, three large bedrooms welcome you with three beds of 160 by 200 and their storage as well as a bathroom with toilet. It was renovated this winter. Bedding, sofa, appliances and linens are new. The rest has been collected in the themes of wine, beach, vintage and countryside and can therefore evolve according to our findings on the nearby garage sales. There is a closed courtyard with lawn and parking for 2 cars.
