Two-Bedroom Two-Bathroom Villa by the Beach

Relax in Moore Park Beach in this peaceful 2-unit apartment only one block from the beach. Perfect for two couples traveling together. Take a dip in the ocean or hang out by the outdoor pool. You're within walking distance of the local cafe and a short 3km trip to the grocery store. For a night out, you can go into the cute little town of Bargara, only 30 minutes away. Bring your work, commute into Bundaberg, walk along the beach, or just spend some much needed time unwinding. Welcome! The space My villa is split into two separate apartments, so it's perfect for two couples traveling together or a couple with older children who would like to have their own separate space. The two units share a door to the outside, an entrance hall, and access to the washing machine in the garage, but they have separate locking front doors. This listing is for the entire 2-unit villa, so both the upstairs and the downstairs are included in the rental. Both units have their own full kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and front room, although the upstairs unit is more spacious in every way. Additionally, the downstairs unit has a back patio area with a table and chairs, while the upstairs unit has a balcony with a smaller table and chairs. The upstairs unit also has a sofa bed that is ample enough for two people. Because the two units used to be one apartment, some sound can travel between them, so be aware that you may hear sound between the two floors. Please let me know if you have any questions. Guest access Please feel free to arrive anytime after 3pm. The keys are in a lockbox, and I will send instructions for the lockbox the day before your arrival. If you would like the instructions sooner, please reach out to me and I can send them over. Please make yourself at home in the entire upstairs and downstairs units, as well as the entrance hall and the garage laundry facilities. Garage access is inside the entrance hallway after you enter the villa.
