This is a newly renovated space combining late 19th century charm with modern conveniences. Right in downtown Montpelier there's no need to drive to enjoy the multiple restaurants and entertainment. Plus we're 30 minutes from all the skiing. Were centrally located in the heart of Vermont. The space This is a renovated 1 bedroom space by a couple with 35 years of experience in hospitality industry including owning an award winning restaurant in SOCAL, Airline international purser and hotel development. Based on our extensive world travel we tried to create an asthetically pleasing and architecturally interesting space that could be found in NY, Paris or Montreal. Enjoy our 900 sq ft modern apartment that preserves the old world charm of the 1830's building with touches like a newly installed tin ceiling and antique fixtures as well as brand new furniture and efficient appliances. Enjoy the new Samsung Q60 55" smart television connected to a fiber optic wifi. There is a washer/dryer, four different ways to make coffee; Miele espresso, stove top espresso, tradition coffee maker or a french press. The day doesn't start without caffeine. All the art in the space has been collected during our travels around the globe. The lighting fixtures and bathroom/kitchen finishes are from Restoration Hardware, painstakingly recreating the victorian era. This is a bright quiet downtown aptartment within a two minute walk of all Montpelier has to offer. We just upgraded the internet to fiber optic and are testing at/over 900mpbs download/upload Guest access It is a one bedroom apartment with guest only access. Other things to note There is one “off street parking” spot available. It can be confusing where to park. We are having guests park next to our house (painted black).
