Room in a riad combining charm and authenticity, in the heart of the old medina of Tiznit. 1 double bed or 2 separate beds on request. Breakfast and meal possible at extra cost. A private space, not overlooked, is dedicated to swimming. It is accessible by reservation of time slots. We also provide bikes for beautiful walks in the medina. The ocean is 10 minutes away (by car). The space This step-free room opens directly to a patio that leaves an unobstructed view of the garden of the riad. Our riad has 5 bedrooms. 3 on the ground floor, one of which is accessible to people with reduced mobility. Each room has a bathroom. The small swimming pool is located out of sight. It is accessible by booking time slots. We are close to all amenities. Two bicycles are available free of charge for beautiful rides in the medina. Guest access You can use the patio around the garden, the terrace on the 1st floor and the multipurpose room where there is a television, books for adults and children (in French) and board games. Other things to note RESPECT FOR LOCAL TRADITIONS We invite you to adopt an attitude of modesty in dress, language and behaviour, in order to honour the customs premises and to maintain a harmonious atmosphere for all A SERENE AND ALCOHOL-FREE SPACE To maintain the tranquillity and respect of the place, the consumption alcohol is not allowed in the Riad, Thank you for contributing to this peaceful atmosphere. NON-SMOKING ESTABLISHMENT Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms. Thank you for respecting this this rule in order to preserve the comfort and quality of life of all SILENCE DURING REST HOURS Please avoid making noise between 22:00 and 10:00 to ensure everyone gets a good night's rest. COMFORT & SERVICES Laundry service is available at 20 dh per machine, bicycles can be lent on request, and a refrigerator is accessible on the 1st floor. It is forbidden to eat in the rooms, tables are available in the patio. ENERGY AND WATER SAVING Please always turn off the lights when leaving the pieces and keep in mind that water is scarce in the Tiznit region. Every little bit really helps to conserve our resources.
