House In the Center Of Skyros, Ground Floor

A two-story house built in the late 19th century, located in the traditional settlement of Skyros Island, near “Agora” (the center of the island), surrounded by restaurants, coffee-shops, bakeries, pharmacies, shops, etc. It is one of the few houses of the traditional settlement, which has a large garden (400m2) with a large variety of trees (lemon tree, vine, jasmine, etc.) and it is also within walking distance from the town’s main parking area. The first floor which has wooden floors and an old mosaic, is consisted by 2 main bedrooms, with two double beds in rach room, with closets and storage spaces and a third room with an old fireplace where there is a sofa that can be transformed to a double bed. This space is also decorated according to the Skyrian tradition. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a large modern and fully renovated bathroom and a balcony with a unique view of the Castle, the Monastery of Saint George and the garden of the house. In the first floor there is also a small vineyard terrace with a table and chairs. This floor can accommodate in total 6 people and has two entrance doors, one from the garden of the house, which can be accessed from an external wooden staircase and a second one from a traditional cobbled path with steps.
