Nice apartment in the residential area, close to the city center

The apartment is about 40 square meters and is close to nightlife, public transport, parks and the city center. There are nice people, a comfortable bed, a fully equipped kitchen, peace and quiet and a beautiful environment. My place is good for couples and children, 2-3 people. It is too small for more than 2 adults!!! A crib may be available. Please ask. TV, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, kettle, hairdryer, ironing board and iron. Wi-Fi is available to use! The space The apartment is quietly and centrally located. In about 10 minutes you can walk to the city center, in 5 minutes to the Landgrave with many outdoor activity options. The bus stop is about 5 minutes away. The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette, bedroom, small bathroom and hallway. Ideal for 2-4 people! The bedroom has a bed 1.60 m wide. The sofa bed in the living room can be folded out to about 1.60 m. A baby travel crib is provided if desired and currently available. Please let us know in advance! The kitchenette is equipped and includes: fridge, oven/microwave combo, ceramic stovetop, dishwasher, sink, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, toaster and kettle. The bathroom is newly renovated. Wi-Fi available. PETS (EVEN THOSE WHO ARE JUST VISITING) PLEASE INQUIRE BEFORE BOOKING. DEPENDING ON THE SIZE, WE WOULD RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHARGE A SURCHARGE. Guest access The apartment has its own entrance. The terrace and outdoor facilities may be shared during the day (not in the evening) after consultation. Other things to note Towels and bed linens are available in the booked number of people Fine print: In case of overbooking (more guests than stated in the booking), we allow ourselves to charge €20/guest per night. Late check-out, which is not agreed, costs €20 per full hour or part thereof, up to a maximum of the price for one night.
