In the living area, there are two comfortable sofa beds at your disposal – ideal for additional guests. The spacious, open living and dining area with smart TV invites you to linger together. 🍽 Kitchen & dining The open kitchen is fully equipped: oven, induction stovetop, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and a selection of spices. The large dining table can accommodate up to eight people – perfect for shared meals. 🛁 Bath & Wellness Two modern bathrooms with shower, hairdryer, fresh towels, shower gel & shampoo provide comfort. There is also a guest toilet. The highlight: your private wellness area in the basement with infrared sauna (60–65°C – warm-up time approx. 20 minutes) and relaxation zone – ideal for relaxing after an eventful day. Bathrobes and wellness slippers are provided. ☀️ Garden & extras The private garden with terrace and lounge furniture invites you to have breakfast outdoors or a glass of wine in the evening. A free parking space is available directly at the house, and you can find more free parking on the street. 🔑 Access & security 24-hour self check-in via key box – uncomplicated and flexible.
