A modern bathroom with rain shower and toilet. The 2nd toilet is located in the hallway. There are also 2 bedrooms; 1 bedroom with a double bed, followed by a dressing room. A 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. There are 2 baby cots and high chairs available. In front of the house is a spacious covered terrace with a dining table and a seating area. The spacious garden with playground equipment is fully fenced. The play area is located in the barn next to the house. The house is equipped with central heating. Guest access The house has its own driveway with entrance gate. Furthermore, the driveway is equipped with a charging station for charging an electric car. The house is equipped with a code lock.
