Enjoy a stay in this 2-bedroom barn conversion in the picturesque village of East Hendred, at the foot of The Ridgeway. The village has two pubs within walking distance, a post-office and lots of beautiful walks. Only 1hr 15mins from London by car or a 40-minute train from Didcot which is just a 15-minute drive away with lots of taxis available. Close by to Oxford, Newbury, Harwell Campus and Williams F1 Engineering. The space A 2-bedroom Barn conversion with an open plan living area and kitchen looking out onto a private garden. It is situated next to our house but with private access and once the garden gate is closed, you will feel completely separate. The barn feels lovely and spacious with the original beams nestled into the high ceilings. The principal bedroom has a comfortable super-king bed with an en suite bathroom & overhead shower. The second room has two single beds and an en suite shower room. Both have places for your clothes should you wish to unpack. The kitchen is kitted out with everything you need to feel at home including a kettle, hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a toaster. There is also a Vertuo Plus Coffee Pod Machine and I provide a few pods and milk for you. There is a comfortable sofa and TV with Freeview so you can settle down and relax to watch your favourite film. In the private garden there is a sofa and firepit for you to enjoy. Guest access You have access to the whole of the barn and your private garden as well as space to park your cars in the driveway. Other things to note You will be given your own key for your stay so are welcome to come and go as you please. In the Welcome Pack you will find the WIFI code, how to work the under-floor heating should you need to adjust it and other information about the local area.
