The space Our spacious cottage features an open-plan kitchen and dining area with modern appliances and a breakfast bar, plus a cosy lounge with a smart TV. Bedrooms include a king-size en-suite room, a double room and a bunk bed with an additional single; three bathrooms (en-suite, family and separate shower). Outside, enjoy an enclosed garden with a riverside patio, private hot tub and BBQ. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the entire cottage and its grounds, including the garden, patio, hot tub and parking. Self check-in is via a lockbox for convenience, and there are no shared spaces. Other things to note Please note that our cottage is along a river; children should be supervised outdoors. The hot tub is cleaned and sanitised between bookings; please shower before use and keep the cover on when not in use. No parties or smoking inside. We provide coffee, tea, toiletries and basic pantry essentials for your convenience. The surrounding area offers excellent fishing, golf and cycling (including mountain and motor biking) opportunities, along with family-friendly attractions. We can accommodate up to two additional guests for an extra £50 per booking (not per person). Guests will sleep on a pull-out sofa and extra bedding will be provided. This fee can be paid via bank transfer or arranged through Airbnb. Please let us know in advance if you'd like to add extra guests.
