This is a renovated vintage-style house with over 60㎡ of space, ideal for families or groups of friends. Up to 5 people can stay comfortably. The house is fully equipped with towels, shampoo, skincare items, a washing machine, and other amenities. You can enjoy fun times with a Nintendo Switch, board games, and even a takoyaki maker! There’s also a workspace available, so you can work during your trip. Earplugs are provided for your comfort. ・There is no on-site parking. (9-minute walk from the nearest station.) If arriving by car, we recommend using a parking space rental service such as "akippa." ・There are steps at the entrance. The house may not be suitable for guests with mobility concerns. Please be aware that you will need to carry your luggage up and down the stairs. Guest access ・You’ll have the entire house to yourself – enjoy complete privacy during your stay. ・Please keep noise to a minimum after 9:00 PM out of respect for our neighbors. Other things to note ※We do not accept reservations made by guests under the age of 18 staying alone.Minors must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or another responsible adult.If it is found that a reservation has been made by minors only, we regret to inform you that the reservation will be required to be canceled. Notice: Noise from Atsugi Base The Fukuda area of Yamato City is easily affected by aircraft noise from Atsugi Base. Please note that there may be noise during your stay. (Earplugs are provided in the room.) [Notes] Towels are provided only for the number of guests in the reservation. Due to cleaning preparation, we cannot accept luggage storage, early check-in, or late check-out. Thank you for your understanding so that we can welcome the next guests comfortably. Please strictly check out by 10:00. If you check out late without permission, we will charge one night’s room fee. Payment can be made in cash to the cleaning staff or via payment link. Only registered guests are allowed to stay. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building and in front of it, as it may disturb local residents. Please remove your shoes at the entrance before entering the room. Please separate garbage into burnable and non-burnable. If you have bulky waste, please contact us in advance. Lost items must be claimed within 2 weeks; otherwise, they will be discarded. Do not take items from the room outside. Please be quiet after 9:00 PM as neighbors are resting.
