Welcome to our entire house located in Chémeré-le-Roi, ideal for a stay with family or friends, in the heart of the Mayenne countryside. 🏡 The space Atypical house, warm and full of charm, perfect for meeting and enjoying the calm. - 3 comfortable bedrooms, Cozy living room, Friendly dining room, Equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom, 2 toilets, Private entire house, Peaceful environment 🌳 An ideal location for discovering the Mayenne region The space 🏠 The accommodation consists of a ground floor with an equipped kitchen, a friendly living area 🛋️ and 1 separate toilet 🚻. Upstairs, you will find a bathroom (towels are provided), a second toilet, and 3 comfortable bedrooms. Guest access 🔑 Access to the house is done autonomously using a key box, located at the entrance. The code will be provided to you on the same day at 12:00 p.m. This allows you to arrive in complete freedom, at a time that suits you😊. Other things to note 🏡 The space ✅ Is the place suitable for children? Yes, perfectly! There is a crib, high chair and space to make your child feel at home. (Request it) PLEASE NOTE: There is no safety fence. ✅ Can we cook on site? Absolutely. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking hobs, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, full dishes, pots, pans, oil, salt & pepper. ✅ Is the wifi reliable? Yes, the house has very high speed wifi, ideal for remote work or streaming. ✅ Is there AC? The accommodation is equipped with heating, but no air conditioning (fan in each room). Thanks to the materials and the orientation, the house stays cool in summer. 🚗 Parking and access ✅ Is parking included? Yes, free parking is available directly on site. ✅ How does check-in work? Check-in is self check-in via a lockbox.
