Main Level (Ground Floor) • Bedroom: A cozy room with a queen-size bed, perfect for winding down after a day at the beach. • Bathroom: A full tub/shower combination for your convenience. • Living Room & Kitchen: The open-concept living and dining area features large windows with direct views of the ocean. From here, step out onto the private beachside patio and enjoy immediate beach access. Upper Level • Master Bedroom: Wake up to spectacular ocean views from the king-size bed in the master bedroom. • Second Bathroom: A full bathroom with a shower is located upstairs. • Third Bedroom: This room is perfect for kids, featuring two sets of bunk beds (sleeping up to four). Amenities This beach house is designed to make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. You’ll have access to: • A fully equipped kitchen with cookware, utensils, spices, oils, condiments, sugar, and coffee to get you started. • Bath and beach essentials, a hair dryer, hotel-sized toiletries, and bath towels and beach towels. • A washer and dryer, which are available for your use as long as they are in working order. • Flat-screen TVs and a DVD player in both the living room and the master bedroom for your entertainment. **Please note: The house is not equipped with air conditioning, but the cool ocean breeze keeps the space comfortable most of the year.** Step outside to your private, fully furnished beachfront patio, complete with a BBQ grill, patio dining table, and a cozy seating area for relaxing evenings under the stars. Boogie boards and children’s sand toys are also available to enhance your beach experience. The private beach directly in front of the house is yours to enjoy. However, due to natural changes in sand levels, stairs are currently required to access the beach from the patio. **Please keep in mind that the beach conditions may vary daily, alternating between sandy and rocky, depending on the tides.** This home is truly a special place where cherished memories are made. There is zero tolerance for extra guest, visitors, or cars in or on the property at anytime. All occupants must be declared and known. Quiet hours are from 9pm-7am. No parties, no wedding celebrations, no bachelor/bachelorette parties, no loud gatherings. Violation of any of these rules can result in additional charges and immediate eviction with no refund.
