Bonnieview House is a cosy and stylish family home in rural Aberdeenshire, with stunning views across the local landscape. Our self catering holiday home features 5 bedrooms, sleeping up to 10 guests, and has plenty of space to relax in style. Guests can relax in the opulent Living Room with cosy logburner, eat together in the Kitchen with dining area, or enjoy the private garden. There is a great range of amenities a short drive from the house, along with local walks and attractions. The space Bonnieview House is a stylish five bedroom, self-catering holiday home in the popular Aberdeenshire town of Ythsie, just a short drive from Ellon, Oldmeldrum, Inverurie, Aberdeen and beautiful Royal Deeside. On entering Bonnieview House through our entrance hall with bench and hooks, you will be welcomed into our beautiful and cosy Living Room. The double height room has an opulent and relaxing feel, with comfortable sofas, a logburner, soft lighting and a large Smart TV. It’s a perfect spot for relaxing together at the end of your day. Our Kitchen with Dining area can be accessed from the Living Room or Hallway. The spacious Kitchen is perfect for self-catering stays, and is well equipped with a double oven, induction hob and dishwasher, whether you wish to cook a delicious meal or treat yourself to a takeaway. Our large dining table seats up to 6 guests, with 4 additional seats at the breakfast bar. Opposite the Kitchen is our small Snug, a quiet and cosy spot with a sofa, footstool and Smart TV. This is a great area for playing some boardgames, reading a quiet book in the armchair, or sitting with your feet up to watch a film. This room has beautiful views to the front of the property and across the surrounding landscape. Our Master Bedroom is found on the ground floor and features a luxuriously large Emperor size bed and beautiful full length windows overlooking the garden. Our Master Bedroom has a large walk-in wardrobe with plenty of hanging space, along with a luxurious en-suite bathroom, with double sinks, large shower cubicle, and relaxing bathtub, along with a toilet and bidet. There is also a smart TV in the Master Bedroom for relaxed mornings in bed. Along the hallway, also on the ground floor is Bedroom 2, with comfortable double bed. A bathroom can be accessed from the hallway adjacent to Bedroom 5, which features a bath with overhead shower, toilet and sink. Upstairs, there are three further bedrooms. Bedroom 3 has a relaxing double bed, along with a dressing table by the window. Bedroom 5, at the end of the hallway, has a comfortable king size bed. Our fun woodland Bunk Room is perfect for little ones, and can sleep two people in full size single bunks. All bedrooms have with plenty of storage and hanging space for unpacking items during your stay. Our stylish family shower room is located on the first floor, with toilet, sink and bath, and large walk in shower. Bath towels and luxurious toiletries from Fine Scottish Soaps are provided for all guests. Our beds are made up with fresh high quality linens. Our utility room can be found just off the hallway downstairs and has a washing machine, tumble dryer and sink for guests to use during their stay. There is an outdoor washing line should you wish to dry clothes in the garden, which can be accessed via the external door in the Utility Room. To the front of the property, we have a large garden area with private, gated driveway and beautiful views across the surrounding fields and farmland. To the rear of Bonnieview House there is an extensive garden with large areas of lawn, along with a sunny patio which can be accessed from a door in the Kitchen. Our comfortable outdoor sofa and armchairs are a great spot gathering together in the evening or enjoying a relaxing coffee in the Aberdeenshire sunshine. Haddo House is just a short drive from the property, along with a number of fantastic local attractions in the local area to suit the whole family. Guest access The entire house is available for guests to use with entry via a lockbox. There is an extensive garden surrounding the property, with a relaxing outdoor seating for you to enjoy.
