Châteaux de la Loire about 1 hour, Beauval Zoo 1 hour 40 minutes The space Regularly inhabited by our family, it is not a property intended only for rent, so you will find real authenticity and all the necessary comforts. The lack of vis-à-vis will ensure you peace and privacy! On the ground floor: • A bright living room with a large fireplace to enjoy beautiful flare-ups. Many board games left at your disposal. • Fully equipped kitchen/dining room • A bedroom with a double bed • Bathroom with separate shower and toilet Upstairs: 2 bedrooms • Bedroom 1 : 4 single beds • Bedroom 2 : 1 double bed • A landing area with a sofa bed for 2 people. A TV area with DVD player and children's games. For families: baby bed (folding crib + mattress), highchair, bathtub, baby lounger, potty and all the comforts for both kids and adults. On sunny days, there is an inflatable pool for children, as well as outdoor games such as molky/pétanque/soccer balls and badminton, and an electric griddle available (no barbecue). PRM: Regarding Persons with Reduced Mobility, the accommodation can be complicated for them. We may allow you a late checkout and/or early check-in depending on our availability. Free parking on the property, possibility to park up to 4 cars maximum. Other things to note Linens and towels are provided and the beds will be made upon your arrival. We also provide wood to enjoy beautiful fires. The nearest SNCF train station is Vendôme, 20 minutes away by car. You will also have all amenities such as: - A Super U in Mondoubleau (15 min) - A Cocci Market in Droué (5 min) as well as a bakery and a pharmacy There is a train line that passes nearby, you can hear some trains pass but it will not disturb your peace of mind.
