Book your stay and live unforgettable moments! 🌿✨ The space The inn is one block from the beach, with tropical architecture, was completely renovated with materials of high quality and comfort. Guests can also use the shared linen extension. Guest access The outdoor area of the property is shared and offers a garage for four cars. The guest has access to an 8-metre rectangular pool with whirlpool, waterfall and sun loungers, as well as a bathroom and shower. The shared gourmet area includes a barbecue, refrigerator and dining table. Guests can also enjoy hammocks and fruit trees. Security is guaranteed by a system with an electric fence, alarm and external and internal surveillance cameras. During your stay We seek to welcome guests in a warm and welcoming manner. Upon arrival, we offer information on the facilities and activities. During the stay, we promote moments of socialization at breakfast in order to enrich the experience. Staff are available to respond to requests and provide local tips, ensuring that each guest feels special and part of the hostel community. Other things to note OPERATING RULES: 1) Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms. 2) The use of air conditioning is limited to 8 hours, with an additional cost of 20 reais for each extra hour. 3) It is not allowed to take and consume hot meals inside the rooms. 4) The use of personal stereos outside is prohibited. 5) It is forbidden to use the pool with sunscreen, as it compromises the quality of the water. 6) The water from the drinking fountain is a courtesy of the Graboschii inn, intended only for local consumption and not for filling personal bottles. 7) The cups available at the water fountain are for on-site use only. 8) The refrigerator is shared among all guests, where they can store some personal food. 9) In the shared refrigerator, the following drinks are available for consumption at the indicated prices: soft drinks at 7 reais, beers at 7 reais, and 1.5 liters of water at 5 reais.
