A 5,000 m² garden, terrace, pergola, and pétanque court invite you to enjoy the calm and relaxed lifestyle of the Gers. Located in Viella, about 30 minutes from Marciac. The space The house can accommodate up to 12 people and offers large, welcoming spaces for sharing time together, between gourmet meals, swimming, and summer evenings. Outside: Outside, you will enjoy a 12 m x 3 m private swimming pool, a large furnished terrace, and a sheltered area with a barbecue and plancha, perfect for al fresco dining and long summer evenings. A pétanque court is also available in the garden. Living spaces: The house has a fully equipped kitchen with a Smeg range, oven, microwave, fridge, Nespresso machine, Smeg toaster, kettle, and plenty of cooking and baking utensils. The house also features a large dining room with a table that seats twelve and a fireplace, perfect for convivial meals. The cozy and welcoming living room features a sofa area, a fireplace, and free Wi-Fi, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the area. On the ground floor, there is also a separate toilet and a laundry room. Rooms: On the ground floor • One bedroom with 180 cm double bed, private bathroom, and private toilet. On the second floor, there are four bedrooms, each approximately 25 m²: • One bedroom with 180-cm double bed, shower, sink, and toilet. • One bedroom with 180 cm double bed, bathtub, and sink. • One bedroom with a 160 cm double bed. • A family bedroom with two 90 cm single beds and one 140 cm bed. The last two bedrooms share a bathroom with shower, double sink, and toilet. For families traveling with young children, a baby cot and high chair can be provided. The area is rich in things to discover: you will be about 30 minutes from Marciac, famous for its international jazz festival, 10 minutes from Nogaro and its motor racing circuit, and 45 minutes from Pau. Just 5 minutes away, a small village offers a grocery store with a bread counter and a small butcher shop where you can find many local products. The village of Riscle, a 10-minute drive away, offers more shops, including a Carrefour Contact supermarket. The surrounding area is also full of typical Gers villages, local markets, wineries, and Armagnac cellars to discover.
