The modern kitchen features sleek grey cabinetry, wood countertops, and a spacious central island with bar seating. Fully equipped with a built-in oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all the essentials, it makes cooking at home a breeze. Skylights and large sliding glass doors fill the space with light and lead directly to a private patio for outdoor relaxation. Upstairs, the first bedroom offers a UK king-size bed, while the second bedroom has a bunk bed with a UK queen-size bed on the bottom and a single on top. A dedicated desk and chair make it ideal for remote work. Both rooms are elegantly styled and include complimentary hotel-quality linens for a restful stay. The two bathrooms are fully equipped with fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The house is professionally cleaned before every stay to ensure your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Guest access Guests will have full access to the home, with the exception of one private room. Other things to note This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
