Built in 1920, this remarkable residence inspired by English cottages, Art Deco style with its entrance turret, is surrounded by a park with century-old trees. 3 minutes by bike from the Loire Canal, 15 minutes from Briare and its famous Canal Bridge, in the heart of the Côteaux du Giennois wines and 20 minutes from the Sancerre cellars, you will find something to ask yourself after beautiful visits to castles (Saint Fargeau, La Buissière...)
