Welcome to our accommodation :) It is a 69m2 apartment located in Usurbil, about 20 minutes by car from San Sebastian. It is a quiet and picturesque Basque village that combines nature with a rich cultural tradition. Surrounded by green mountains and crossed by the Oria river. The popular Concha Beach is about 15 minutes away by car. Our refuge on the outskirts of San Sebastian awaits you! :) Accommodation is available for short-term stays and requires the signing of a lease agreement. The space The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a building with elevator. As shown in the photos, the apartment consists of the following spaces: - a living room area with sofa and TV, in a space open to an area with a dining table - a kitchen area open to the living room - 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200) - 1 bedroom with 1 trundle bed composed of 2 single beds (90x190) and a work desk - 1 bathroom (with washing machine) - 1 toilet - terraces with views Being a penthouse, some areas of the apartment have sloping roof. Guest access Guests have full access to the property. Towels and bed linen are included according to the number of people in the reservation. Limited complimentary soap and toilet paper are included. The kitchen is equipped according to the list of services, please do not hesitate to ask any questions you may have. The flat has underfloor heating in all rooms. It is regulated through the thermostat. It does not have air conditioning, we leave a portable fan at your disposal. Hot water is provided by a gas boiler. If you arrive by car, parking on the street is free. Other things to note CHECK-IN Please note that we will need to know in advance the specific time of your arrival because you will be given the keys at the property and it requires organization.
