Bathroom: Large Italian shower, washing machine and storage 1 Bedroom: 160 x 200 cm bed, 30 cm thick, 240 x 260 cm duvet, dressing room 1 bedroom: 2 beds 90x190, thickness 25 cm, duvet 140x200, dressing room (2 pillows per person, 65 x 65 cm) Very nice fenced garden of 800 m², ideal for children. Garden furniture: table and chairs, 4 armchairs, umbrella, charcoal barbecue. Guest access In case of absence or late arrival, a secure lockbox is available. ⚠️ Please note: the accommodation has narrow steps and openings. It is not suitable for wheelchair users or people with reduced mobility. Other things to note Small welcome 🎁 gift... for stays of one week or more 😉 ⚠️ You don't have access to the garage. It is therefore not possible to park your car there. It remains closed during the stay. On request, we can store equipment (bicycles, etc.) for you, but keys are not provided. ⚠️ Electricity: 8 kwh/day are included in the rental price. Beyond this consumption, the supplement will be payable to the owner upon your departure (energy supplier rate in force Peak hours and Off-peak hours). An electricity meter reading will be carried out in your presence on your arrival, as well as on the day of your departure. ⚠️ ⚠️ The house does not have an electric car charging station.
