A bright, spacious family home in a well connected South London spot. It feels calm, comfortable and easy to live in, with plenty of room to relax. Tooting Bec station is a 7 minute walk and Balham is 15 minutes both with connections into central London. There are plenty of local shops, cafes and green space close by, making it a great base for families and friends. The space The flat has three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a king bed and en suite. Bedroom 2 has a double bed. Bedroom 3 has a trundle bed that can be set up as two singles or a super king. There is a separate shower room and an additional toilet. The sitting room is large with a dining table, and the kitchen is bright and well equipped for home cooking. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire flat during their stay, including all three bedrooms, the sitting room, kitchen and bathrooms. We will not be present while you are there, so the space is fully yours to enjoy. Wardrobes and cupboards will be made available with clearly marked space for your belongings. (this is a family home so there will be personal Items in some spaces, please respectfully leave alone) Other things to note Our home, much like most properties in London, has a Combi-boiler. This means that you can only use one shower at a time. In the winter, if the heating is used continuously and you are trying to use showers too, this will effect the water pressure. We ask you to please ask our advise if you want to over ride the pre-set heating settings.
