Corol bus nearby. The house is located between the city center of Dijon (10 min), and the Toison-d'Or (5 min) and the Zenith (7 min), the Valmy park (7 min) where the private hospital is located. Close to Dijon Nord Technology Park. Close to the high schools Ch. De Gaulle, G. Eiffel... Many local shops. If you are on foot or by bike, there are parks in the perimeter, such as the Japanese Garden or the Promenade du Château de Pouilly. Free street parking Guest access Access to your home is via a garden giving access to the front door equipped with its canopy that will house potential smokers in case of rain. The common entrance serves the rooms of the house, including the bedroom you will occupy on the first floor. This one is comfortable, with its double bed, its small work table, its closet for your belongings. The decoration, modern, warm and inspiring, was completely redone in February 2025 to accommodate you in the best conditions.
