You can walk to everything in the downtown area from this home. This rental has the added value of one private designated parking spot. For additional vehicles, parking is on-street and spots are easy to find at this location. Metered spots on the street must be paid for 6 days a week (City of Savannah has a "Park Savannah" app to make this easy) Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, each with a California King. There are 2 full bathrooms upstairs. Bonus room with Full daybed and Downstairs there is a twin trundle daybed. There is a full bathroom (shower only) downstairs. The modern kitchen is equipped for cooking and dining. There is a private courtyard in the back and the gorgeous Columbia Square is just out your front door.
