Äppelgården - cozy 19th century house near Mariefred

Welcome to our cozy log house in Hedlandet outside Mariefred. Here you will have access to a large garden with lots of old apple trees, a small stream and a gazebo perfect for dinners. Enjoy the tranquility of the countryside about 60 minutes by car from Stockholm and 12 minutes from charming Mariefred. The nearest beach is a 5-minute walk away, as well as a cozy summer café with incredible views of Mariefred and Lake Mälaren. We are happy to advise you about more local gems and destinations before your stay! The space The house is suitable for a family (very child-friendly) or other smaller groups of up to six people. There are two bedrooms with a double bed in each, as well as a sleeping loft with the possibility of two additional mattresses one staircase up (low ceiling and no handrail). We provide bed linens and towels for all guests. In the kitchen you will find plenty of equipment for cooking, a dishwasher and of course glass, porcelain and cutlery for your meals. We have two dining areas - a small one in the kitchen and a larger one in a separate room next door. Small but cozy living room with a spacious sofa to relax in. Wi-Fi and TV with Chromecast. Several cars can be accommodated on the driveway and courtyard. We also have a charging post for electric cars that can be used by agreement.
