You can browse and book directly on our website. Guest access You'll be able to access the entire property and have it to yourself. Self check-in, the key is placed in a lockbox at the property (you will receive your unique code in the morning of your arrival for security reasons). Check in from after 3 PM Check out before 10 AM Early check in is subject to availability. We will notify you automatically the day before if early check in is available. Late check out is subject to availability for an extra fee. Other things to note Please note, out of respect for our neighbours all guests must comply with council regulations. This property is not suitable for parties, events or gatherings of any type. Failure will result in security call out charges and instant cancelation without refund will apply. Neighbours have our phone number and report any disturbance immediately for us to take action. HOUSE RULES: - no smoking inside - pets allowed (excl. furniture and carpeted areas in bedrooms) - no parties/events - no extra guests other than agreed at the time of booking - no loud music/noise (quiet hours between 9 PM and 7 AM) Thank you for your understanding!
