Please respect the quiet hours indoors from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to ensure guests enjoy a peaceful stay. Smoking is prohibited indoors. Pets are not allowed. Do not leave personal belongings unattended in shared spaces. No cooking is allowed in the kitchen. Breakfast is included, and a private chef is available. Sleeping in shared spaces, such as the living room, is prohibited. Each room has a maximum occupancy limit. Additional guests must be approved by management and will incur an extra charge. To respect everyone’s privacy, all house guests must provide a list of expected visitors to the gatekeeper, including the approximate arrival time. Visitors not listed will not be allowed through the gate. Guests are encouraged to update their guest list as early as possible to avoid disruptions, as the gatekeeper will not contact house guests for verification. Lost room keys will incur a $75 lock replacement fee. Management is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Guests are responsible for missing room items or damage to the property or furnishings during their stay. Charges will be applied for necessary repairs or replacements. Each room is equipped with its breaker. Guests are required to turn off all lights, fans, and air conditioners before leaving the premises. If management suspects that energy-consuming devices are left on, the room’s breaker will be switched off. Guests may be subjected to additional charges if energy waste is identified. For your safety, fire extinguishers and emergency exits are marked. Please report any safety concerns to staff immediately. Illegal activities, including the use of illegal substances, are prohibited. Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, or actions that disturb other guests will not be tolerated. Check-in time is 3 pm * (*negotiable). Guests must check in with the receptionist upon arrival. Show booking confirmation and provide two forms of identification, one of which must be a government-issued photo ID and will be copied. Check-out time is noon* (*negotiable). Late check-out will incur additional charges starting at $10 per hour. Please ensure you return your room key to the receptionist upon departure.
