Villa Belvedere is located in the neighborhood area of High Ridge (former Madliena), next to St Julian’s. The villa has 7 bedrooms & 5 bathrooms with modern furniture and air-conditioned rooms (at extra cost). Enjoy the pool and terrace, games room, children's play area, a well-equipped kitchen, or host BBQs. *Shared indoor pool will be available until Nov 2, 2025, and will not be operational after. Indoor and outdoor pools are not heated. * Wifi at extra cost. The space 1. Bookable for up to 16 people and extra people beyond the original booking will be an additional cost. The property is bookable for up to 16 people on the platform, meaning the system calculates the price based on the number of guests selected at the time of booking. The additional charge applies when more guests are added beyond the original booking. This is because pricing is based on the number of occupants, NOT just the maximum capacity of the property. If the booking is within the 16 (minimum of Airbnb Platform), payments for extra people shall be made through the Resolutions Center). For example, if you booked for 12 people and decided to add 2 more people, the extra fees for these 2 people shall be made through the Resolutions Center. If the booking is above 16, payments for extra people shall be made through cash on arrival at the property. For example, if you booked for 16 and decided to add 2 more people, the extra fees for these 2 people shall be made cash on arrival at the property. 2. Maximum capacity up to 29 people. 3. Pools are not heated. 4. Air conditioning (cooling & heating) pay per meter system, guests can buy credit/load via website (instructions will be available in the villa). The kilowatt added in the meter is usable to all units in the villa and depends on the consumption during the stay. 5. Wifi is charged at an extra cost of 5€ per day, cash on arrival. 6. For family bookings, a double bed setup can be done and extra single beds can be removed in the room upon request. Please advise us so we can arrange accordingly. 7. For bookings of 28 nights or more (monthly) between November to March, please note that we charge extra for Wifi/TV Service @ €100 and extra electricity consumption starting from €300 @ 4 persons and adjusted to the final number of persons in the reservation.
