Our holiday apartment in Itter offers panoramic views of the Tyrolean mountains, a sunny terrace, and everything you need for a perfect holiday. Morning coffee with mountain views, midday on the slopes, evening relaxing in your own private space. On-site: your own ski storage room, fitness room and laundry room – no lugging around, no improvising. Free parking directly by the property included. The space The flat is fully equipped: a fully furnished kitchen, a cosy living-dining area, and a terrace with a direct view of the surrounding mountain peaks. Inside the building, you also have access to your own ski storage room with drying facilities, a fitness room, and a laundry room with a washing machine – ideal for longer stays or if your gear needs to dry after a day in the powder. Everything has been freshly cleaned and is ready—all you have to do is arrive. Guest access Check-in is flexible via a key box – you will receive the code in a message in good time before your arrival. This means you are completely independent and can arrive at any time up to 10:00 pm. No waiting, no coordination – just turn up and get started. Other things to note Please note: A deposit of €200 is required before arrival – this will be refunded in full after the stay, provided the property is handed over in good condition. The on-site car park is free of charge and reserved exclusively for guests. A separate storage room is available for ski equipment.
