The Brambles is a lovely quiet estate within the town and only a 10 minute walk to the beautiful beach. There is a tennis court on site which is free to use and tennis rackets are available for guests. The local leisure centre is only 100 metres away and has a pool, gym and sauna. The house is ideal for families with children as it is away from traffic with lots of space to play outdoors. Ballybunnion golf course is only 2.5km away. The space This is a semi-detached dormer in a holiday home estate which faces onto the shared green, next to the shared tennis court. Downstairs there is a double bedroom with a bathroom, a small utility room and an open plan kitchen/dining/living room. Upstairs there is a bathroom and two double bedrooms. There are double doors leading from the living room to a patio area. There is an open plan green area around the house and a parking spot in front of the house for guests. Guest access Guests have full and exclusive use of the entire house during their stay. Other things to note Electricity charges are included in the rental price except for longer stays.
