House with dog yards

Welcome to our villa, which is centrally located in Föllinge. The villa has a large plot with a lovely terrace and good parking facilities. On the property, there is a large dog yard that can be divided into two parts, each with a double kennel. Dogs are welcome indoors (not on furniture). Walking distance to shops and gas station, close to fishing, skiing and snowmobile trails. The villa has three bedrooms with a total of 7 beds. Bathroom with washing machine. Fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Large living room with fireplace. The space The villa is non-smoking indoors and we wish for careful use of the interior and household appliances. Guest access With us, you have access to the villa's entrance floor as well as the balcony, dog yard and plot. There is a large area for parking behind the villa and in winter you can connect to the engine heater for a fee. Other things to note Bed linen and cleaning (we reserve the right to charge SEK 2000 if own final cleaning does not meet normal cleaning requirements) are not included in the price. Cleaning equipment is available in the cleaning cabinet. Dish soap for hand dishwashing and dishwasher is available in kitchen cabinets. Dishcloth, garbage bags available. Household and toilet paper, 1 roll of each, is included in the rent. The trash can is in the garage. Wood for the stove can be bought in 40-liter bags for SEK 90 per bag.
