If you smoke outside, please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly and do not leave on the ground. Hypoallergic pets Are Welcome: We’re happy to host your furry friends! Just let us know at the time of booking so we can prepare accordingly. Winter: The cottage is fully winterized and heated by a propane stove on the main level, providing a warm, cozy, year-round oceanfront retreat perfect for winter getaways and peaceful coastal escapes. By booking this home you accept the terms and waive the host and co-host for any liability. We take no responsibility for any slip and fall incidents at the property.
