Cozy apartment

Hey, welcome to our apartment. Quietly located on the outskirts of Kühlungsborn. The space Bed linen, towels and the Airbnb fee are included in the nightly rate. Our holiday apartment is located on the outskirts of Kühlungsborn. By bike, you can be at the beach or in the city in 5 minutes. The nearest shops are about 700 meters away. The nearest stop (Kühlungsborn Neuer Friedhof) is about 500 m away. Guest access The apartment is at the end of our bungalow, but you have a private entrance and a terrace garden area that is only used by you. Other things to note Hey, welcome to our apartment. We hope that you will find everything you need for relaxation. If you are missing something or something bothers you, just let us know. The tourist tax in Kühlungsborn is €3,00 per person per day in high season (01. May to September 30) and €1.60 per person per day in low season (01. October to 30 April). Children up to the age of 16 are exempt from the tourist tax. The amount for the spa card will be handed over to us immediately after arrival, after which you will receive the spa card. In the kitchen, in the middle closet, there is a microwave with grill function, a toaster and a kettle, these appliances may only be used outside the closet for fire protection reasons. In addition, you are welcome to use the coffee pod machine, enough coffee pods are available to you. A small dishwasher is also provided. In our small library you will surely find something to read for yourself - you are welcome to take home a book that is not fully read (please only one book), but we are also happy if you leave a book there or just bring books that you no longer need from home. :) The TV does not have a satellite connection but has internet access, with which you can watch free series and movies on Amazon Prime, Netfilx and Disney Plus, and of course also normal TV program via free TV streaming services. A radio with Bluetooth, CD, aux and DAB can also be found in the book shelf. There is a memory foam topper on the bed (mattress 140 x 200 cm). If it is too soft, it can be removed, and the mattress underneath will then be firmer :)
