Thatched-roof idyll with garden near the Baltic Sea

Welcome to our lovingly renovated apartment (Dec. 2024) in a 400-year-old, landmarked thatched-roof house – 55 m² with a cozy small bedroom, living room with wood-burning stove and sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom, separate entrance and private garden. The garden with a natural stone circular patio invites you to have breakfast in the morning sun or enjoy relaxing evenings. In winter, the open fireplace creates a special atmosphere – a gem for nature lovers with many destinations nearby. The space The apartment and garden face the village street in a southeast direction – so the living room is always bright and sunny." A double bed (160 x 200 cm) awaits you in the cozy bedroom. The fully equipped kitchen has pleasant underfloor heating, and in the living room, next to the sofa bed (when unfolded, a 120-cm-wide sleeping surface), the small wood-burning stove also invites you to linger – perfect for cozy evenings. The shower room is also equipped with floor heating. WiFi via fiber optic is available. Guest access The private entrance to the vacation rental is located in the old large hallway of the thatched-roof house, which can be entered directly from the courtyard via the large hallway gate. Both the entrance to the hallway and the entrance to the apartment are at ground level. There is a step only at the transition from the entrance area to the kitchen. The hallway is the historic service area, where bicycles, strollers or other items can also be stored easily and securely. Parking is available in the courtyard. Other things to note Since our house is thatched, smoking is not permitted inside the house (including in the entrance area) or in the immediate vicinity – thatched roofs are extremely susceptible to fire, so this point is non-negotiable for us. This should also be noted if you want to bring your own grill: Grilling in the garden is allowed, but only with sufficient distance from the house and consideration of the wind direction. Please take special care to put out the embers after grilling. We do not provide a grill. For cozy evenings by the wood-burning stove, there is a user manual available for you on site.
