The newly renovated cottage is the usual rural three-back. A sprawling yard is surrounded by two connected residential buildings, a barn, and a 3-meter-high wall providing plenty of privacy. The yard has two enclosed doors, a lawn, and an outdoor covered seating area with a fireplace and smokehouse. It has a children's home with a slide, swing, and equipped with a covered play area. The cottage is surrounded by private property. The space The paradise of ponds, the beautiful landscape of Jakub Krčín, full of cycling, hiking trails just a few kilometers from Cultural Třeboň. A cottage with a private huge outdoor space, seating area with a fireplace, barbecue and children's house. Great for a group of friends or multiple families. Guest access On the ground floor of the cottage, a spacious bedroom with 3 beds, an adjacent living room with 1 bed and an exit from both the bedroom and the living room directly to the garden - the courtyard. Large kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, bathroom with bathtub, shower, separate toilet. We continue down the ground floor to a large living room with a TV, a fireplace, a kitchen with a dining table for at least 12 people, and a bedroom with 3 beds. There is one more bathroom on the ground floor with shower, bathtub and toilet, and it is accessible. In the attic we walk through 2 bedrooms, one with three beds, one with two beds. A bathroom with a shower, toilet, and 2 sinks. We'll end up in a bedroom with four beds. Other things to note JULY/AUGUST Price 6000,-/ property when using 1-12 Luks/ night Price 6800,-/ property for 13-16 Luks/ night DUBEN-CERVEN, ZARI-RIJEN 500,- person / night. Wood and water consumption included. We charge electricity (i.e. for a weekend stay around 200-300, -from the property) and accommodation fee to the municipality (35,-/day/person 18 years old). We charge these fees on the day of checkout.
