The newly renovated cottage is a typical rural three-room cottage. The large courtyard is surrounded by two connected residential buildings, a barn and a 3 m high wall ensuring sufficient privacy. The courtyard has two entrances with closed doors, a lawn and an outdoor covered seating area with a fireplace and a smokehouse. There is a children's house with a slide, swing and equipped covered play area. The cottage is surrounded by private land. The space A paradise of ponds, the beautiful landscape of Jakub Krčín, full of cycling and hiking trails just a few kilometers from the cultural town of Třeboň. Cottage with a private huge outdoor space, seating with fireplace, grill and children's house. Ideal for a group of friends or multiple families. Guest access On the ground floor of the cottage there is a spacious bedroom with 3 beds, an adjacent living room with 1 bed and an exit from both the bedroom and the living room directly to the garden - courtyard. Large kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, bathroom with bathtub, shower, separate toilet. We continue on the ground floor to a large living room with a TV, fireplace, then to the kitchen with a dining table for at least 12 people, and then to the bedroom with 3 beds. On the ground floor there is another bathroom with a shower, bathtub and toilet and it is barrier-free. In the attic we pass 2 bedrooms, one with three beds, one with two beds. A bathroom with a shower, toilet and 2 sinks. We'll end up in a bedroom with four beds. Other things to note JULY/AUGUST Price 6000, - / object when using 1-12 beds / night Price 6800, - / object when using 13-16 beds / night APRIL-JUNE, SEPTEMBER-OCTOBER 500,- person / night. The price includes the consumption of wood and water. We charge electricity separately (i.e. for a weekend stay around 200-300,- per building) and accommodation fee to the municipality (35,-/day/person over 18 years of age). We charge these fees on the day of departure.
