A single, first floor room in a house on a peaceful cul-de-sac in Walnut Tree, just a 10-minute walk from The Open University. The house offers a peaceful setting yet is close to key locations: 2.5 miles from Milton Keynes University Hospital, 1.8 miles from MK Dons Stadium, 12 minutes drive to MK Central or Bletchley stations, and 4-5 miles to Central Milton Keynes shopping and Xscape. Lake and river within walking distance. The space Three bedroom house in a quiet cul-de-sac. Permanently occupied by myself and my partner, with a single bedroom and a double bedroom available for short stays. Shared bathroom and kitchen. Gardens front and back and visitor parking space. Guest access Guests have access to their own private room, shared bathroom, shared living space, shared kitchen and downstairs toilet. Garden can be used if desired for sitting out in the summer or for bike storage. Visitor parking space available. During your stay We will be home during your stay and available to answer any questions or for social chats etc. if desired. Your privacy is our priority and we will leave you alone if that is preferred or you can interact with us if you would like. We will accommodate and respect your schedule and make sure you can access the kitchen and bathroom at the times that suit you. Other things to note The local centre is a 10-minute walk from the house and has a Tesco Express, Chinese takeaway, fish & chips, nacho/burger/pizza place, Indian restaurant as well as a pharmacy (which is open until 6pm).
