Casona designed to live a stay with your group of friends or family in a personal way. They will be able to enjoy all the amenities, large kitchen , dining room with fireplace cassette, TV SMART TV, wifi, air conditioning, all kinds of appliances, furniture, kitchenware, covered glass porch with free use jacuzzi, soccer, outdoor pool (protection fence with access door for the kids, see pictures), 5 large bedrooms with a total capacity of 15 seats. Other things to note RAQUEL will be your contact during the stay. The rental does NOT include: firewood, charcoal, personal hygiene products such as gel, shampoo, soap or similar. Consumable products such as salt, oil, coffee, etc. Hotel-type services such as: rooms, laundry, reception or those of a hotel. The full rental service excludes a lifeguard, the tenants themselves being responsible during the stay. It is mandatory to use swimwear, respect their hygiene!!!Bathing under the influence of alcohol and any type of narcotic substances is prohibited. Advice: be careful when exposed to the sun, do not jump into the water violently, be careful after meals, and above all, MINORS MUST ALWAYS BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT WHEN SWIMMING. The maintenance and commercial staff may access the house with prior notice to verify adequate services of electricity, water, etc. in the common areas. The deposit is €150, and will be returned if applicable 48-72 hours after leaving the house. THE DEPOSIT WILL BE DISCOUNTED IN THE EVENT OF: ANY DAMAGE OR BREAKAGE, EXCESSIVE DIRTINESS, NOT TAKING OUT THE GARBAGE DAILY, MISUSE OF BEDDING, SHEETS, KITCHENWARE, FURNITURE, GARDENS, POOL, ETC. OF NOT COVERING THE DAMAGE THE CLIENT WILL ASSUME THE PAYMENT OF THE DIFFERENCE THAT COSTS TO REPLENISH THE DAMAGED WHEN THE HOUSE PRESENTS THE REPAIR INVOICE. • The charging of electric vehicles of any kind is totally prohibited, as the installation is not enabled for it, in addition to the risk of short, fire, or overload in the installation. • It is forbidden to exceed the maximum capacity of 15 seats in the house, both for the night and for receiving guests. We remind you that the house must be left in similar conditions to those in which it is delivered, and it is mandatory to take out the garbage. If this is not done, the deposit will not be returned. We understand that their trip is to disconnect and enjoy but you have to comply with civic behavior with the neighbors, goods and environment throughout the stay. • Management reserves the right to admission if civic behavior with things and property is not respected. NOISY PARTIES AND ALL KINDS OF NOISE AT ANY TIME OF THE DAY ARE PROHIBITED, and loud music, noise in the house itself, in the surroundings and outdoors are also prohibited.
