Cottage on the Hochschwab

Spend beautiful days in our cozy vacation home at the foot of the Hochschwab massif. Surrounded by untouched nature, it is the perfect starting point for hikes, mountain tours and family adventures. The house can accommodate all ages. The space Our cottage in Seewiesen can accommodate up to 6 people, especially suitable for 4 guests. It includes: • Living area: Open space with a cozy fireplace. • Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with stove, fridge, dishes and everything you need for cooking. • Bathroom: With shower, toilet and sink. • Bedroom (on the first floor): - Bedroom 1: A double bed for 2 people. - Bedroom 2: A single bed and a pull-out bed (for 1–2 people). - An additional sleeping option for one person is offered by the sofa in the living area. • Terrace: A terrace overlooking nature. • Amenities: Wi-Fi, heating, fresh linen and towels included. Guest access: The entire cottage is exclusively available to you and your group. A parking space is available right at the house, and check-in is flexible (by appointment). Please note that the house is not barrier-free: there is a step at the entrance and the bedrooms are on the first floor (accessible via stairs). Surroundings: Seewiesen is located in the heart of the Hochschwab area, a paradise for hikers, skiers and nature lovers. The Hochschwab summit and many local hiking trails are easily accessible, but places like Mariazell or Aflenz are also not far by car. House Rules: • There is no smoking inside of the house. • Pets are not allowed. • No parties or loud events to keep the neighborhood quiet. Costs: The cleaning fee is included in the price. The neighborhood: Seewiesen is a quiet place nestled in the forests and mountains of the Hochschwab area. The region offers countless opportunities for outdoor activities including walking, mountain biking, or ski tours. Local inns serve Styrian specialties, and small shops are available in nearby Turnau. Cities such as Mariazell, Aflenz, Bruck an der Mur or Kapfenberg are just a short drive away. Getting there: • Car: Seewiesen is best reached by car. Free parking is available right by the house. • Public transport: The nearest train station is in Bruck an der Mur (approx. 30-minute drive). From there you can take a taxi or rental car. From Kapfenberg, a regional bus also runs almost directly in front of the house.
