Inside, the fully air-conditioned single bedroom (20 sqm) features a private bathroom with shower, ensuring your comfort and privacy. The 12 sqm kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, an induction/electric cooker, electric kettle, mini refrigerator, and a mini bar counter — perfect for preparing family meals or enjoying casual drinks. The 26 sqm living and dining area includes a double sofa, television, and free Wi-Fi, making it ideal for relaxation or remote work.
