This charming house just 10 minutes from Albi has been completely renovated and will offer you all the comforts you need for a short or long stay, with family, friends or for work. It is air-conditioned, has several free parking spaces in front of the house. Bed linen and bath linens will be provided, wifi is available in the house. It also offers a quiet terrace and garden. The space The house is composed as follows: * A living room with extra bed 140 x 200 & TV, children's games * A fully equipped kitchen/dining room (large refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker and Senseo, dishwasher, kettle and everything you need to cook). * Two bedrooms, one with a 180 x 200 cm bed and one with a 140 x 190 cm bed * Bathroom with shower The terrace has a table with 4 chairs, a barbecue will be offered with charcoal provided. For toddlers, a travel crib, a high chair, a bathtub and children's games will be available. 100 m from the house you will find a bakery, pharmacy and city stadium. 500 m away is a Carrefour Market. Guest access The entire house will be accessible to you except for the garage for the time being, which is a private space. Other things to note Every Saturday morning the market is set up in front of the multipurpose room. Important note – Renovation work nearby Because we care about the quality of your stay, we want to let you know that the townhouse will undergo major renovations from June 2026 through the first quarter of 2027. We would like to point out that there may be noise pollution during daytime hours (generally on weekdays). Parties and weekends are still quiet. If you plan to spend your days exploring our beautiful region, the impact on your stay will be minimal.
