We welcome smaller celebrations of up to 15 guests, including children. Please inform us in advance if you are booking any external contractors for your stay as this must be agreed by the host prior to your stay. 2. For smaller groups, we can assist in making your celebration special with additional options like balloons and hampers. We do also have the option of a private chef. 3. Our occupancy limit is strictly enforced due to insurance and fire regulations. Only the number of guests staying at the property are welcome to access the property unless by prior approval from the host. (See point 1) 4. Please note that we cannot accommodate large functions such as weddings, or large parties. For larger gatherings or functions, we recommend alternative venues, such as the village hall, a large space, which has a great sound system, a field for a marquee and professional kitchen, or a nearby pub with excellent food and celebration space. Additional accommodation can be booked next door and in other venues if required. 5. For guests of island yard additional Parking is available in the lay-by outside the house (3 spaces).
