On the ground floor, 5 round chestnut wood bedrooms with private bathrooms, patios, and custom-made beds with high-quality materials offer you deep rest in the heart of nature. The dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and living room open to the outdoors, where a natural porch under the shade of a mulberry tree becomes the perfect setting to share special moments. On the upper floor, 3 barracas —two rooms integrated into the terrain and an indoor chill-out— along with a dining area, kitchen, and outdoor barbecue, create unique gathering spaces. Fruit trees, a play area, and a football goal complete an environment designed to delight all the senses. Large relaxation area with benches and wooden tables, surrounded by trees for a cozy atmosphere. There are several natural spaces for resting. Multipurpose area on the lower level with a removable canopy offering different shade options. Viewpoint with panoramic views of the Serra de l’Albera Natural Area. Swimming pool: Natural pond with river stone bottom, ideal for cooling off and enjoying good company. The pond has 4 upper water outlets creating a relaxing jet. BREAKFASTS AND HOMEMADE DINNERS ON REQUEST On request, we can cook at the Riad (Mediterranean and Moroccan cuisine) for guests. We offer a Tasting Menu: starters consisting of 4–6 small dishes and a main course of juicy, flavorful meat tajine. Salt, pepper, olive oil, panela sugar. Other things to note 1️⃣ House Rules Check-in time is at 3:00 PM and check-out time is at 11:00 AM. Smoking policy (smoking is not allowed). Pets (up to two pets are allowed; please contact the property to discuss availability). Pets are not allowed on beds or sofas and may not use the communal pond or swimming pool. Parties and bachelor/bachelorette celebrations are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Guests must leave the house in the same condition as they found it and dispose of the rubbish before departure. 2️⃣ Logistics There is a large outdoor parking area in front of El Riad. Internet connection. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Upon arriving in the village, you can easily reach El Riad using Google Maps. 3️⃣ Safety and Accessibility The lower floor is easily accessible and suitable for guests with reduced mobility. Access to the upper floor requires assistance, as it is reached via a dirt ramp located outside the upper level. In the upper garden area, certain spots require extra attention for young children, as there are some drops protected by an iron railing approximately one meter high. The natural pond / swimming pool has an approximate depth of 50 cm and a diameter of about 6 meters. 4️⃣ Experiences or Extra Services Services available by reservation only: massages, yoga classes, Moroccan cuisine, special breakfasts or dinners, wine and chocolate tastings, bicycle rental, astronomy sessions, guided walks in the area (megalithic sites or the natural surroundings of the Albera), and boat trips to the Cap de Creus area (Cadaqués) and the Medes Islands (l’Estartit).
