Corporate rates available The space Our modern 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is privately located up on the second level looking over the heart of town at the front , and the lovely views out the master bedroom of the mountains. With private off street secure parking with rear entrance to the apartment. This modern 2 Bedroom 2 bathroom apartment is very spacious and offers everything you need while you are away from home. The main bedroom with Queen bed, bedside cabinets, dresser, full wardrobe with hanging space , has a cute balcony overlooking the local town square, It also has an ensuite with shower vanity and a toilet. Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed, bedside cabinets and a wardrobe for clothes hanging. Main bathroom with another shower, toilet and vanity. Lovely open plan lounge and dining, and the kitchen is the heart of the apartment, fully equipped with everything you need - including and air fryer and a slow cooker. Laundry with washing machine and dryer and tub. Linen, towels face cloths provided. We also have shampoo conditioner and body wash available. (We are in the town centre and above a local business so please expect some noise from time to time) Enjoy your stay! Guest access The lock box will have the key for the back door, once you are in, the apartment is up the stairs, it is really private and has fantastic views of Greymouth township. There is only 1 allocated car park for the apartment and sometimes 2 parks on request . Please stick to the designated carpark signs. If the car park area is not free please call or message me to assist. Please note the carpark entrance is quite tight, it will not be suitable to park a campervan/motor home or anything with a trailer, but Main Street parking could be an option for larger vehicles. Also to note is that you pull out of Card Lane onto a busy street with cars parked either side so please watch for pedestrians and cars. Other things to note We are located within walking distance to fantastic local eateries, Seven penny across the square opens at 7am daily! Robert Harris coffee shop is also great and within walking distance. Speights ale house is 2 blocks away And a wee bit further for walking is the famous Monteiths Brewery. Note that the outdoor rubbish bins are located at the rear of the building (by where you park your car) red for rubbish and yellow for recycling , also along the lane are other businesses bins, please do not put your personal rubbish in these.
