In an area of approx. 65 square meters, you will find a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a children's room with a bunk bed and a futon bed (140 x 200 cm) underneath, as well as a living room with a pull-out sofa – perfect for two additional sleeping places. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for a relaxing self-catering. A modern bathroom completes the apartment. Children and dogs are welcome here! On the extensive property there is plenty to discover: horses in the pasture, a lovingly maintained communal fruit meadow for snacking and relaxing, small hidden corners to play or read - a real paradise for small and large nature lovers. Directly from the house you start to beautiful hiking and cycling tours through fields, meadows and small villages. The nearest sandy beach is just 10 minutes away by car and invites you to sunbathe, walk or collect shells. For your comfort, bed linen and towels are included in the price.
