Note: high bed not recommended for <6 years old. Main Floor: - Fully equipped kitchen with wood burning stove - Large bright living room with fireplace and comfortable sofas - Large family table for 10 guests - 2 terraces with garden furniture, ideal for enjoying the sun, having an aperitif or sharing a barbecue (Weber, fire pit and plancha available) - 2 double bedrooms (bed 160 cm), each with private bathroom (shower) – including one with built-in toilet Upstairs: - 1 big child's room (single bed, bunk bed + drawer bed) - 1 x double bedroom with private bathroom (shower & bathtub) and toilet - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200) which can be brought together to make an additional double bed - 1 extra bathroom + independent toilet The house is equipped with internet connection (high speed fiber) with WIFI to work remotely in the green ✅ Enclosed - Towels & linens -BBB - Plancha & Fire pit - Petanque court - Badminton racket, steering wheel and net IN addition: 🔥 Wood for the fire. If you wish to use the wood stove or fireplace we offer a weekend package for wood at the price of €30 including 1 bin of logs (40 cm), sufficient quantity for 1 weekend. A paid supplement is possible if needed. We'll chat before you arrive to see if you're interested. 🚉 Access Located only 1h10 from Paris, the house is accessible by train from Montparnasse to Verneuil-sur-Avre, then 17 minutes by car. An ideal setting for a green weekend, family holidays or remote work with peace of mind. Surrounded by greenery, it opens onto a large landscaped and enclosed garden of 2500 m². Guest access Entire accommodation. Independent access to the house Other things to note For security reasons, the house is equipped with outdoor cameras that are installed in the garden (gate, garden...). They are systematically deactivated for the duration of the guests' stay. Non-smoking house - Parties are forbidden. For your information, the cleaning package also includes dry cleaning for linens and towels. ⚡ Electric vehicle charging station An outdoor outlet is available for electric vehicle charging. Recharging is allowed only upon prior request, and is subject to additional billing according to actual consumption. Please let us know before arrival if you plan to charge a vehicle, so we can arrange for it to be available.
